Not necessarily this agent, but shelter is the worst insurance agency ever. Cut rate, no communication, and no access to claims when their driver is at fault. Now the adjusters phone has been disconnected.... Booooooooo!!
this office is closed Saturday - Tuesday, only open Wednesdays, Thursday and Fridays. What I do like is that it is next door to the DMV.
