Jo is an amazing insurance agent through and through. She hasn't been my personal agent for a few years, but when I contacted her in need of insurance records after moving away from the US, she did everything she could to get me what I needed. Jo spent a minimum of 3 weeks going back and forth with me and my new insurance company, writing letters, pulling records, etc. I can't thank her enough, and can't recommend her enough to someone in need of an efficient and caring agent.
