Great agent - service above and beyond
Jo Peters was my Shelter Insurance Agent when I lived in Lafayette, Colorado. She remained my faithful agent when I moved to Estes Park, Craig, Leadville, and back to Craig. She always handled my ever changing insurance needs correctly and quickly. The ONLY reason she is no longer my agent is that I recently moved to Arkansas where she is not licensed. Because of her continual great work, she was able to refer me to an equally great agent in Arkansas. Staying with Shelter was a given when I moved to Arkansas.
We have had Shelter insurance for over 25 years. Jo became our agent 12 years ago. We had a flood in our home. Shelter's response was immediate. Instructions were easy. Communication and financial disbursement was always swift and clear. Compensation for renovations were fair. We couldn't be happier with Shelter!
