I have been dealing with Shelter for 3 years due to my father deaths and succession. This has been the worst process and NOONE is helpful. They refused to list me on the policy no matter the LEGAL succession and finally a refund was due and not to mention I have a deficit in my escrow account they WONT ISSUE THE DAMN CHECK. The agent mailed to wrong address. Lost in mail apparently. Now its another 5 days to issue as of today!!! TOTAL RUNAROUND!!! Not worth it!!!!!! Go somewhere else!!
