If I could leave zero stars I would !!! 😡 MARTY PARSONS … was ZERO help & I caught her in FLAT OUT LIES. Then tried to scold me like I was a child & tried to say I was 25% at fault because I didn’t take EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID HER HITTING ME! 🤣 maam look at the pictures I’m clearly trying to turn away from her. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Customer service is non-existent and don’t call for assistance because you will get none. Dora should really find something that makes her happy, so that maybe she doesn’t have to be so rude and worthless at providing assistance. Dora no longer has a name and when asked for another Shelter claims office - her response was "I am sure you can google it" and a hang up.
Dora is extremely rude. I just called this morning, 05.08.2023. If you ask her name, she simply hangs up on you. Little does she know, I am very good at research. She has no business working in a position like that. Maybe she should just file paperwork, or maybe she just shouldn't work there.
