He will rip you off if he thinks you’re dumb!! He doesn’t try to help fix the problems he just tells you to get over it and it’s your fault!! Reputable is not who he is. Worst insurance company they screwed my mother over Jim is crooked when we tried to ask about the claim which she wasn’t at fault with they refused to help her he said it’s not his problem and not to get him involved. It’s your JOB to be involved.
Jim Eischen was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in walking me through my claim process. I recommend him and Shelter Insurance highly!
