Would give zero stars if it allowed. The roof needs fully replaced do to wind and hail damage and all they claim the policy will cover is 1,000 dollars. Two roofers came out to give estimates one recommended by shelter insurance agent Laurie Reed. The Roofer recommended by the insurance agent Laurie Reed said because of the hail damage Shelter should cover it and that Shelter pays well.
