I don’t live in Lebanon and Mr. Pitts is not my insurance agent. But if I lived there, I would go to him. He is honest. My mother has dementia and left a bag with a bunch of personal effects, including checks on the bench outside of his office. She was out with a friend? It sat there for two days he picked it up, look to see what it was and called us and held it until I could drive down and get it.
I’ve had my insurance with them for many years and they always provide excellent customer service and support. I’ve had a couple of claims and Shelter is always in contact quickly and pay on claims very fast.
Tried to come in and pay my insurance several times. They kept saying no as he was not in the office. Turns out he had cancelled my coverage and not told me. Not good business to just dismiss a person when they are trying to pay and they can’t even tell you they have cancelled your policy. I would give negative stars if it were an option.
