Are you proud of yourselves for raising the rent during a global crisis? Did you need to charge an extra $300 per month now that people are struggling? Are you ok with prices STILL going up the more the demand increases? How can you sleep at night knowing you charge more for the 2 bedroom than the 3 bedroom because the 2 is in higher demand? You guys are profiting off of people’s misery and misfortunes. Not to mention your property manager is a moron who can’t keep a simple appointment. Overall 10/10.

Thank you for your feedback Vincenzo. Our prices are based on market rent rates. We actually suspended rent increases until October at which point we will be doing a 2% increase on the best lease terms. If you would like to discuss your specific situation, we encourage you to reach out to the property manager personally. We never want our residents to be unhappy and are always willing to work with people to come up with a solution that works for both parties.
RecommendedCan't beat the location! Convenient for whatever you want to do - shop, eat out, grab ice cream, and HIKE. Trails are literally in the back yard. Only complaint is not about complex, but about neighbors who don't clean up after their dog.

Lived there for a year and a half and loved it. We sold our home of 25 years and moved to Shelter Cove with a lot of concern about living in an apartment. This is more like condo living and so easy. They do everything. Our microwave went out and it was replaced the next day. Loved bike path, pool, gym and most of all the views of the Sunsets over the Mohawk. Excellent staff too. I hated to leave.
