Doral Club leasing Office San Antonio. Shelter Corporation Property Be aware of leasing office staff. Rude and are snakes. In December I had my car broken into overnight (At this complex). Which my wallet and other things were stolen. Which made me late on my rent(My fault entirely) wish they had security. When I went to pay the leasing manager kept leaning on the renters agreement clause which lets them refuse payments. Which led to more late fees. My daughter has lived here for a year and pays her rent on time. Her AC has gone out several times. She has called for service multiple times and to no avail her apmt is hot and AC is not working. Today (8/1/2022) when she arrived home from work, it was 91 degrees. She has health concerns and we may have to take legal actions against this organization unless her AC is restored or wall unit is installed ASAP!!!!!!!!!!
