Hired the owner of Shelter Construction to repair gutters on a church property. The company no-showed 4 times for scheduled appointments with no communication to me. They finally showed up, unannounced, one weekend. Employees spent about 90 minutes on property. Nothing was fixed. Owner attempted to bill me for 8 hours of work.
