We bought a home built by Shelter in Hauser several years ago. We experienced several water problems including our dryer vent being covered by exterior siding, as well as ice damming which resulted in damage to our laminate wood flooring. After multiple meetings with the project manager and finally with the owner, Art Elliott, he suggested we submit a claim through our homeowners insurance and HE would pay the deductible (in order to cover the cost of replacing the water damaged floor).
