Unfortunately, I had the worst experience at this place last weekend when I visited with a friend. I had previously attended to enjoy the ice bath & sauna and not had an issue, but this particular day was a nightmare. Firstly, the ice bath was not ready and although staff hurriedly informed me that they would prepare it immediately, it was done without care as it was tepid water and not in the least cold.
