Nice facility. I use it often. Just don't come here expecting quick fuel, even if you call ahead. I have showed up multiple times and had to wait an hr to get fuel. Last time I called an hr and 10 minutes before I arrived to load plane and still waited an hr once I arrived.
Very exquisite FBO private aviation in the middle of the Fort Lauderdale, International Airport FLL. We had a great experience with Sheltair Aviation. Very simple and smooth transition. Very friendly and helpful staff at the FBO and at the tarmac. Seems like everybody’s well organized and they know what they doing.. most importantly, everybody was pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Terrible service: I requested fuel yesterday but it never arrived, and I asked for the aircraft to be in position at 11:30, but they didn't do that either.
