waited an hour for fuel, people standing around the whole time, horrible customer service.
Flew in on 1/29/21. Rental car reservation was confirmed on line via email from hertz. There was no car waiting for us. We had to go to the desk to rent one. When we departed, the airplane had not been fueled. We had to wait for them to pull out the truck. After our trip I called Hertz. We left on a Saturday, they were not made aware of the return of the rental car until Monday. I was receiving automated messages from my credit card of continuing charges from hertz.
