terrible experience. staff is very unhelpful and rude.

Shel is AMAZING! I’ve stressed about so many things when it came to my wedding but one thing I didn’t have to worry about was my dress in Shel’s hands. She is such a saint to work with, she’s personable & truly just an angel on this earth! I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did to ensure my dress was the one of my dreams. I loved this experience. Shel is AMAZING and so is her staff.
Worst place ever. If I could give him no stars I would. Had an appt and when we got they looked at us like we had 2 heads. They were not available. And I was instructed by your staff to come back another day. So no they were not available your staff. Go some where else. Terrible Terrible customer service
