I had an appointment this morning at 9am, which I received a confirmation email and text for. I was wanting to try several bridal stores so I figured I'd check this out for more variety in my shopping experience to find a dress. I arrived and the doors were locked, so I tried calling and emailing the store and did not receive a response until 4pm today. I did not even get the chance to experience what an appointment at this store would be like, and after that experience and wasting my time, I wouldn't go back to find out.

Shel is AMAZING! I’ve stressed about so many things when it came to my wedding but one thing I didn’t have to worry about was my dress in Shel’s hands. She is such a saint to work with, she’s personable & truly just an angel on this earth! I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did to ensure my dress was the one of my dreams.
