Waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS for a simple tire rotation!! I had an early morning appointment and was first told 1 1/2 hours, which is already ridiculous, but after that time had elapsed, an employee told me they were "backed up" and that it would be at least another hour. This was my first experience with Toyota's service department (the first of our complimentary services for our brand new van) and it will be the last. After multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve decided not to return to Shelor for vehicle purchases or maintenance.
