Took our vehicle for service and inspection and was attended to by Nikki. She took the time to review with us before and after. Answering all of our questions while finding common interest topics to discuss, thus making the experience very comfortable. The vehicle is being driven by my daughter and having someone speak to her and not at her was great customer service. Kudos to Nikki
Update: Shelor refused to do warranty work on my vehicle. Power steering has gone out and my window wont roll up anymore. After multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve decided not to return to Shelor for vehicle purchases or maintenance. Waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS for a simple tire rotation!! I had an early morning appointment and was first told 1 1/2 hours, which is already ridiculous, but after that time had elapsed, an employee told me they were "backed up" and that it would be at least another hour. This was my first experience with Toyota's service department (the first of our complimentary services for our brand new van) and it will be the last.
