Was told to go to Hyundai to get a tire replacement but there was no techs to help. Really people? Edit: You screwed up and essentially told me to kick rocks. Do not contact me, unless you want to compensate me $500 for the tow truck and new tires you had absolutely no hand in getting. You are a dealership who can’t communicate with each other. You close at 8pm. There is NO reason you can’t provide services 3hrs beforehand.
Zero stars! I brought my vehicle in for transmission problem. They said I needed a new transmission. Cost would be $7,000 plus fee for diagnostics. I declined new transmission. I took it to AA transmission and they found that it was low on fluid and had a leak and needed new coolant lines. A little over $300 Shelor never even found leak or checked transmission fluid level. Having my motorhome inspected here went smoothly, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything moved along like a well-oiled machine. My service manager Brittany was especially attentive. Thanks!
These people are awful. Had my truck for a month, MIs diagnosed it, and then messed up my driveshaft by rebuilding with the wrong parts. Had to get a new driveshaft due to there incompetence. They didn’t even find the original issue and wanted to replace the rear differential of my truck, claiming that it was the issue, without even opening it up first. What a joke. Do not give them your money. (I spent around over $1000 btw) my truck just needed new cv shafts…
Before they closed the express lane service center I had gone there for an oil changed with my new truck. It was free everything was fine besides them trying to upsell me for stuff I didn’t need. I thought my eyes and ears were deceiving me but this poor older lady came up and asked me if she was being over charged and felt as if she was being taken advantage of and asked if she needed a cabin air filter.
