This review is for Stephen Lancaster. If I was asked to review the service center itself it would get one star . I have had a brand new Chevy Equinox purchased now for 8 months and there have been multiple issues, which I am surprised they have not recalled all of these vehicles having problems. Don't go here! They broke my oil filter cap and then claimed it wasn't them because it had been a couple months, then charge me to replace the part that they broke. Take your business elsewhere!
WARNING: Do not go here for your state inspection! I'm not someone who usually writes a review, however, the service I received here was horrendous. I came in for a "free" inspection, oil change, and AC issue. When I was called by Tom to update, he informed me my car would be failing inspection due to a worn bushing and being unable to find a DOT number on my headlights. I paid for the busing, but refused to replace the $1300 headlights. My husband called to communicate where to find the DOT number with Tom. Tom said 3 diffe... read more
They will steal your car if you can't pay the bill and be HEARTLESS about it. And still not find the problem and tell you it'll be $2000 to fix the whole thing bc they can't find the problem. All they care about is TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve really appreciated going to Shelor Services to get my car maintenance around every six months. I often work with Casey, who is amazing. He communicates well and often, and he seems to have my best interests at heart.
