It was the worst I have ever experienced. A couple weeks ago I took my car up there to get a diagnosis under warranty. I was losing oil using up 2 quarts of oil a week and smoking. They said it was the pcv valve. So they replaced that and "replaced the oil". I also got a loaner car that I paid for. So I paid 200 deductible 175 for loaner. Got there and my tire was flat so I paid them 45.00 to fix that. Got home it was losing oil again and smoking. Just like it was when I took it up there. Made another appointment. I contacted the service center with a fairly simple issue: the parking sensors weren't working. After more than five weeks, they still couldn't figure out what the problem was and couldn't fix the car. They only ordered new parts. I'm not sure if they were installed, as the problem wasn't solved. The worst service I've ever experienced. Never again.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is THE WORST service department in this area. I just bought my second Jeep from them. If not for the price being marked down, I wouldn't have bought from them because of the service department. Something as simple as an oil change is a hassle. I won't be back.
I have had great service in sales and financing, but the service department lacks customer service. I had a couple of recalls looked at and completed. After, I took the vehicle home the coolant reservoir cap blew off and the 2020 Ford Escape overheated. I called their service department and was told that a manager would call me back. This was around 9 am est and I waited until almost 5 pm est. Just took my Subaru Forester for a 12 month, 12,000 mile maintenance. Casey helped tremendously with applying coupons and applicable discounts while scheduling the service and inspection. In and out in 1 hour and 45 minutes. They are going through changes and going forward Subaru maintenance will be performed at the Subaru building. Shawnee was awesome and had me checked out in super fast time abs gave me another free car wash. Thanks to Shelor Service Department and their crew for another great visit!!
