Was the worst service ever! My wife and I was there for over 5 hours and got the run around when we could have gotten a yes or no or working on it and also with a guy in the Subaru area that seemed inpatient and left us to be with someone that had alittle money. It’s true! Money talks!! I bought a car there last summer and had a total different experience and with someone else but this was the worst. I will not go back or recommend.
Not long after posting my service concerns (below) I received a very courteous phone call from Shelor acknowledging and explaining the issues that precipitated my dissatisfaction; a dysfunctional phone system and a staff shortage. Had they not occurred concurrently, the magnitude of the problem certainly would have been diminished .
