Very easy drop off process, you just pull up to the door and pull in. Very professional people. They let me know the cost of the work before they perform it to make sure I can afford it. I felt like my car was in good hands with their mechanics.
Always professional people and they do a great job
I wish I could give no star but unfortunately that isn’t an option. A few months ago I purchased a truck from Shelor Chevrolet and opted for the gap insurance and power train warranty. I was advised the warranty would cover anything that might happen to the power train… approximately 6 months later, I started having trouble with the engine and transmission and immediately brought it in to have it looked at (45 mins one way for me ). Great customer service!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. They were able to fit me in without a scheduled appointment. On top of it, they discovered there was a safety recall on my vehicle and were able to fix that as well. I very much appreciate the friendly staff and prompt service!
