I recommend Shelly's Hair Studio does a fantastic job with hair cuts and coloring hair. She been coloring my daughters hair for awhile now and she loves it.
Highly recommend Shellys! Oneyda is absolutely fabulous and knows what she is doing. I went in with messed up haircut from somewhere else and bad hair dye that was too dark. She fixed it and gave me a new look that I love. My new spot!
