My sister & I had some flower tributes for our brother-in-law's funeral on the 1st of September 2025. They were both arranged over the phone by myself, the lady was so helpful & patient as I had to say what words to put onto the cards & to pay for each arrangement separately. Both the floral arrangements were beautiful, delivered well in advance on the day. We would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much Tina Jones

I have lost my husband and his family from Chester had club together to buy me flowers when they first arrived I thought they were lovely but within 3days my roses were almost gone and in 6 days they were all completely dead ,and I followed instructions of care to a T , also after fi ding out how much they gave Shellys for flowers how very few flowers there were an awful lot of greenery though , I have written to shellys but still no reply, extremely disappointed in quality and customer service . I could not be happier with the service provided by Shelly's florist, unable to attend a close friends funeral due to working in another country Shelly put together a very special arrangement for me. The communication was exceptional with me being in another time zone and I believe she went above and beyond to provide the best service. I was very happy with the price of what i ordered, I would recommend her to any one in heart beat!

1st time going into this Florists. The 2 Ladies were very welcoming and helpful and had an excellent selection of flowers on show. I will certainly look forward to using this service on a regular basis
