great food, great atmosphere!! I recently had breakfast at Shelly's on the recommendation of a friend and not only was the food great I felt like I was eating at a friends home. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the food was outstanding. Keep up the great work!!
Horrible Service I have been to Shelly's many times and have had a horrible experience...The owners do not have good customer service skills. If there is a problem with the food, the cook will not make any changes, you are also not allowed to make substitutions. The only good thing about Shelly's is the waitress who worked there for awhile, Donna, who is no longer employed there, and the bus girl Mary, who does everything except get tips. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Breakfast nook The little restaurant has good breakfast. They sells different types of bagels & coffee. Only open until 2pm. Have to find street parking. Located right across from Poppa Pizza.
vickie recently had the best pancakes & omelet at Shelly's. The owners made sure everything was fine & our service was great. The next table over had a problem with their order & the cook came out. We heard her explain to the woman that she ordered eggs & that is what they made,went the extra step to find out what the customer wanted to saw that she got it!The cafe is very homey & the coffee was never ending!!!
