HORRIBLEEEE service , wish I never wasted time or money at this salon. I originally came in for a retouch because I’m BLONDE (everywhere else but my roots). When I spoke to the manager of the salon she said she understood what I had wanted, but when I get out the chair and look into the mirror the TOP OF MY HEAD IS STILL BROWN. Came to get a perm and showed several images on how i was looking to get my hair done. Gave a descriptive emphasis on wanting loose curls and even confirmed with the stylist if she understood my needs and wants. Needless to say, they did whatever they wanted to do and completely ignored my request. Still paid for the service, but ultimately do the research and avoid this place. Thoroughly read the reviews , hopefully, other people will have a pleasant experience here.
