HORRIBLEEEE service , wish I never wasted time or money at this salon. I originally came in for a retouch because I’m BLONDE (everywhere else but my roots). When I spoke to the manager of the salon she said she understood what I had wanted, but when I get out the chair and look into the mirror the TOP OF MY HEAD IS STILL BROWN.
