Super professional, FAST!! and super reasonably priced! They got 33 miles away from their shop in less than an hour in Baton Rouge rush hour traffic! Had the tire swapped in less than 20 mins! S.M. Doesn’t mess around yall! I will be calling them anytime we are in the area and need help, and telling anyone to call S.M. truck service for roadside in the Baton Rouge area. Thanks for keeping us moving and on time!

I arrived 20 minutes before closing and politely asked if they had a truck tire in stock and if they could replace it. The guy told me to wait 20 minutes, and then at 5:20 he just shut all the doors and left without saying a single word. This kind of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
They were asked to change a tire. I spoke with the owner, who told me that he would charge 195 for the tire and 60 for the change. When he finished the job, he charged us 560 because they were charging after-hours rates, even though he never mentioned anything about this and we asked him several times about the prices. They say they work 24/7, but it's a lie. They're scammers. 560 for a used tire is robbery.
