The person who answers the phone at the Lancaster Shelly company needs some serious training on her customer service skills. If it wasn’t for the delivery driver being amazing, because of her, I would have given 1 star and even that would be generous. She misquoted me by failing to tell me about taxes and delivery fee which is obviously a given but she said total price. I just want to give the team working on Billiter Blvd in Columbus some kudos!!! I was worried about this project starting because I work 3rd shift and my house is right on the corner and so far they have been so quiet when working! I really appreciate that! I barely hear them out there.. maybe 1 or 2 trucks hauling are extra loud but for the most part, this project has been completely bearable!!

Great truck driver who delivered my gravel for me .He spread it down my driveway just like I wanted it and dumped the rest right where I wanted it. GREAT JOB
maybe Stacy should pay more attention when she’s driving through an active yard. She almost runs over somebody and it’s the person’s fault for being in her way? What a moron.
