Other than the receptionist Talia, it was a miserable experience. As a new patient, I arrived 45 minutes early to process paperwork. I was told that the doctor was running 45 minutes late. Two hours later, I was still seated in the waiting room. Two women with later appointments were taken before me. I finally had enough, stood up, advised the receptionist that no doctor is worth a two hour wait and that I would find a new doctor with more courteousness and consideration. Dr. McQuone and her entire staff are wonderful! Very thorough and extremely professional. Made me feel at ease immediately - answered all my questions and concerns. I feel very fortunate that Dr. McQuone was recommended to me.
I was referred to Dr. McQuone for a partial thyroidectomy. The office staff was very friendly and Dr. McQuone spent a lot of time with me explaining everything and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her!
Scheduled a new appointment visit. Went to the appointment only to be told at that time the doctor was running 1 1/2 to 2 hours behind. Asked about rescheduling and was offered a month and a half later and was told they typically run behind. How about stop overbooking so your patients can be seen in a timely manner.
