Since 2019, Dr Heidelbaugh, Has Been My Primary Care Physician. I Can Say, From My First Visit, She Showed, Personal Professional Care. My Conerns, Are Addressed Attentively. She's A Listener, To One's Feelings About A Medical Need. Won't Hesitate In Finding The Best Solution. WHETHER It Be: MRI, Blood Test Or Medical Referrals. My experience with Dr. Shelly Heidelbaugh, M.D., was extremely disappointing and borderline unacceptable. Instead of providing clear medical guidance, she repeatedly asked me what tests she should order—something I expect a competent doctor to already know. It left me feeling completely unsupported and questioning her professionalism. This office is absolutely a mess and a joke!! My primary doctor retired so I need to find a new one. I need to do an annual check up. It took 9 months advance appointment as a new patient if I want to see Dr. Shelly Heidelbaugh. Fine. I made an appointment in Dec 2024 and scheduled for Sept 9 2025. On Dec 9 2024, I received a text from UT Southwestern saying my estimated responsibility os $417. I called the doctor's office and told them again that this is an annual check up and should be covered 100% by my insurance. They co... read more

She and her staff go beyond the call of duty. In fact they treat you not as a job but as a person they truly care about. Cannot say enough about this Doctor or the entire office! If doctors could still make house calls, Dr H would be one of the ones who did! The office staff is the best as well!
