Michelle did a BEAUTIFUL job on my braids. Consistent in size and length and the braids look neat and defined. They don't look rushed through or sloppy. Her communication is great. She always returned my messages and answered my phone calls. She was very kind during my appointment and welcoming. she was present in the appointment and made me feel very comfortable.
