Dr Jain has managed my moderate stage glaucoma for the past 10 years, and last summer performed cataract surgery on me. She has done a great job. She is personable and explains things well. The outpatient cataract surgery went without a hitch and I felt much better having it done in an actual hospital setting by my long time ophthalmologist rather than using one of the free-standing clinics out there. Dr. Jain is outstanding. She is the best ophthalmologist I've been a patient of, and I've had at least four or five such specialists. Plus, the Havener Eye Institute at Ohio State University is excellent. Dr. Jain is an expert in her field and also a very caring surgeon. I trust her completely.
I arrived on time for my morning appointment and was pretty much taken immediately. As usual, I was first seen by someone else on staff who examined my eyes and checked my pressure. I told her that I needed a new eyeglass prescription as mine was quite old. She was going way too fast for comfort, but the kicker is I never got my prescription.
