Over several years, my mother was under the care of Dr. Dunne, Unfortunately, her rheumatoid arthritis went undiagnosed despite clear symptoms. This delay in diagnosis meant she did not receive timely treatment, which led to severe deformities in her hands. When we later consulted other doctors, they confirmed that early diagnosis could have prevented these complications. I’m deeply disappointed in the lack of attention to her condition, as it has caused lasting harm. I hope this feedback helps improve care for others.
All I can say is Dr Dunne needs a new receptionist. I don’t even get an appointment reminder call anymore.
