Shelly will withhold CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS from you when she feels you aren’t doing what she wants. Once, I had an appointment about 3 weeks out and she only sent me enough meds to get through 7 days and refused to send more, forcing me to go to a walkin on New Year’s eve, pay $150 just to be seen and get my medication. The specific meds she withheld have very severe consequences of quitting cold turkey, including SEIZURES, CATATONIA, TREMORS, HALLUCINATIONS AND MEMORY LOSS to name a few.
