Pretty much what you'd expect of a Terre Haute slum lord. Shower leaks around the base, toilet leaks around the base, roof leaks in several spots, trash bill went unpaid by landlord causing non-pickup/removal, internet went unpaid causing service disruption at the office location we rented ultimately disrupting work flow. The cabinet hinges were all loose one to the point of nearly falling off. Love working with Shelly got my house and did work on it to make it my own and got credit for down payment while doing it.
Don't rent with Shelly unless you wanna live in a fixer upper. And if somehow you are approved to rent with them don't because you're responsible for fixing up and remodeling the house and as soon as the work is done Shelly will evict you. Steer clear of this scammer!
