I've been in my current home for about two years. I have no plans on renewing the lease again. I've had problems with this lady from the jump. I pay my rent and I avoid her office. Right now my bathroom is freezing cause of a lack of installation. Yes, she has been informed of my issue... almost a year ago! Hard to believe a business like this has a difficult time paying for the houses they buy. We are constantly having to contact them for payment on a property they agreed to purchase. However, I’d bet when they want their rent money they demand it on time. Terrible company to do business with. Will likely contact an attorney to take possession of the property back unless they just pay us off completely. 9/22/24.
