Bray had been “managing” my elderly father’s health care for years and years. She misdiagnosed his severe anemia, Hgb 4, and if I hadn’t flown into town from the west coast for a visit, he would have passed away at home with no blood in his system. Reviewing labs, my father’s hemoglobin had been monitored for years and years, and there was a 25% decrease in the most recent hemoglobin levels that had been drawn 3-4 months prior to my visit. A competent practitioner should have picked up on this downward trend and investigated... read more
Our family loves this clinic. Dr. Bray, the nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, counseling associates - all wonderful! Especially with the pandemic. They have done anything and everything possible to meet people's needs during this difficult time, from a drive-thru clinic to video appointments. They don't believe in wasting people's time which I appreciate as my schedule is already too busy. They answer all questions thoroughly and do whatever they can to get you feeling better or your health need met. We ... read more
My mom and dad began seeing her as soon as she started practicing in Arkadelphia. She was very blunt and rude to my mother when she was terminally I'll with cancer. My dad went to her numerous times complaning of a cough. She and her nurses misdiagnosed him each time with Pneumonia when in fact he had Metastatic lung cancer with severe plueral effusion.
called to bring my 82 yr old father in said we could come then right before we leave they call and tell us they aren't seeing any more patients today He's been a patient of Dr.Bray since she started so they knew what kind of health problems he has my mom has stage4cancer so we hurried as fast as 82 yr old people can move my sister drove down from HotSprings to take him as my mother had chemo yesterday and is feeling bad then when she pulls in driveway they call and say no I think that is very rude to treat your patients that... read more
Dr. Bray goes beyond being a Dr. She is interested in your everyday life, as that information gives her more insight on your health. She spends countless hours researching your case and ways to treat her patients.

Welp, I’m strep positive! 😷 I pray I haven’t exposed anyone else. Thank you for all the prayers.
The wait was ridiculously long for a simple wellness check and $4 refill. When I called back the next day the clerk hung up on me after lying and telling me I would have to make another 70 min drive up there for a refund, I talked to her manager, received kind reassurances and told her I had been seeing this doctor for 14 years (excuse me to the 3rd person, it was 12) and then got a call back from this 3rd person who told me she hadnt been in practice that long and that nullifies my decade+.
Business response:
I sincerely apologize for your wait. We try our best to adhere to our schedule without compromising the quality of care we provide. Sometimes it's difficult to achieve both. I suspect that your frustration from waiting is very similar to the frustration I feel when running behind. It is definitely not a good feeling. I continue to work on improving workflow efficiency in this world of unpredictable healthcare needs. I like to think I've made a little progress, but somedays I'm not so sure.
Dr. Bray is a wonderful woman and doctor. I have been with her since she first started practicing and have no desire to see any other doctor.
