I can't say enough good things about Shelby!! I started training with her in January 2017 after I found her on Thumbtack, and she has changed my life! No exaggeration, she pushes me every time I go in and is always making sure I get what I need out of the session. I started going 1 day a week and have worked up to training 4 days a week and built so much strength and stamina.
