My 15yo Jack Russell has never been to any other vet. Never has there been any issue. I called at midday yesterday and booked an appointment for 18/2 5pm with Sharon so that we could spend a few final days with our pet before he was put to sleep. By 330pm he had deteriorated rapidly and needed assistance as soon as possible. I called back and spoke to Sharon who advised we could bring him in at 5pm. Nice place, well kept, polite & friendly staff, my go to get for any of my pets.
We recently had to make a trip to this vet whilst we are away on holidays for our beautiful dog Annie suffering from a sore bottom. As stressed as I was being away from our normal vet and wanting Annie to receive the best care, I instantly felt at ease the minute they picked up the phone to fit me in last minute. So warm and friendly from the get go.
