Had my appointment with my dogs confirmed over the phone when I called to check. Show up to my appointment with my cats, booked 45mins earlier, lucky I checked about the wait time for bringing my dogs in as I was then told they were never booked in. Not a good first impression on top of having to wait 40mins for the first appointment.
Excellent vets, all our pets go here. They take excellent care of your animals and when the time comes they are kind and compassionate.
Managed to help take a lump out of my cats leg, professional service and great communication
