Telehealth Call was booked via HotDoc for 11am, wasn’t contacted at all until around 11:30. Was put through to a nurse who basically ruled out that I was a candidate for Telehealth treatment and I was still charged almost $400 for a 10-15 minute phone call. Don’t waste your time!!! Absolute joke
Fast and to the point. Great at keeping me on track. All information was given and they made sure I understood the process. I have comorbidities so I have to wait and see if I am a candidate for online but if I am not they will pass me on to someone qualified.
