Came here after abysmal service at Wollongong ED. Staff were instantly 1000x more friendly and helpful, triage was instant with much more detail with a nurse who you could tell cared about her patients. Witnessed a doctor come out after treating a child and give her an ice block and toys for her experience. The staff are all friendly, helpful and caring. The wait wasn’t short but being ED I can’t blame them. Thank you to the staff for your time and patience, keep up the fantastic work
On Sunday 19/5/2024 I was admitted with AF. The Doctors and nurses were fantastic, I can’t thank them enough for their great work
