Just picked up a new Honda ZRV HEV at Shellharbour Honda. The dealer rep that looked after our purchase, Kirsten, was professional, polite, responsive and displayed great attention to detail. Fantastic experience from our initial test drive until delivery. A+++++ and many a sincere thank you!
Recently visited to look for an upgrade. Wandered outside looking at cars no service at all. Popped inside to look at new cars sat in the new Honda was very nice. No service inside either. Lots of sales people around.
Had a good look around the outside lot looking for a Honda civic. Nothing outside, no help out there. We headed inside and found the only Civic on sitting the showroom, very nice car. However we will need to visit a different dealership to get service from them perhaps, as here we didn't get any help.
Delt with the Honda Parts department. It's hidden around the corner and doesn't have the same branding and flashy logos as sales or service, but the staff running it is a top bloke and provided great help and service. Thanks
I deal with the spare parts people. Very efficient and capable.
