Always get professional service. Staff polite but yesterday was exceptional we dropped our car off for a service and the young mechanic drove us to the shop instead of us walking half an hour to catch a bus my husband and I are late 70s. Service was as quoted.

Disappointing experience so far. My 3-year-old Palisade has now broken down twice, even with consistent servicing through this dealer. The latest issue — a transmission failure — and I was told it couldn’t even be assessed for nearly two weeks. No courtesy car available either, as they’re apparently booked 6–8 weeks ahead.
