I used the practice for a few years when I tried to switch to another practice I was charged 50 for my records , they have failed to send my records after taking money . When I have chased up I was told by the incredibly rude receptionist that they will get to it and would not give a timeframe as the manager is not there …. Had an appointment today that I made last week. Got to the carpark and was called to say the Dr wouldn’t be seeing me as I had not been a regular patient for a year. Slotted into see another Dr and in one consultation was told I’m ‘just depressed’ and offered anti depression medication. Will not be seeing anyone from this ‘practice’ again.

Have been going here for years and live 200 meters from clinic.Haven’t been sick enough to see a doctor in the last 2 years so they automatically wipe you as a patient and refuse to reactivate you as a patient.Guess they don’t want healthy patients that aren’t on a regime of drugs from big pharmaceutical companies!

Rude management n staff except 1, and they have the hide of sending me letter not to come back after years of attendance n losing a daughter to suicide.
