Shelley put me completely at ease for my massage today. The questionnaire she had me complete, prior to the visit, showed me that she cared about what I really wanted to get out of the appointment, and she took it seriously! She asked me before doing anything, to make sure I was comfortable with what she was using, the pressure and so on. By the end, I was jello and booked again right away- her hands really do heal.
