I am shocked that I witnessed her not change the blade to her razor in front of me. When she used a blade on the back of my neck it came from a coffee cup of what looked like an alcohol solution. When I asked her why she didn't change the blade in front of me she said "dont tell me how to run my business!". This is unacceptable and unsanitary: blades should be immediately discarded in a sharps container and a brand new blade should be used on each client. Had a horrible experience here. Shelley rushed my haircut, was extremely rude when I tried to talk to her. She stalks her customers on social media and judges them. She talks bad about 90% of her customers after they leave as I’ve talked to many of them. She puts on a fake smile and is completely fake. Not worth the grungy cut. Needs new scissors. Unsanitary. 0/10!

Owner is nice but asked for a 1 on the sides and a half inch off the top, ended up taking 2 inches off the top and the sides were very choppy and no blending was done. Had to go somewhere else to fix it.
