RecommendedVery best vet clinic around. We had been to several others but always felt like we got rushed through and they are so expensive. We went to Shelley Veterinary Hospital on a recommendation and we love them!! The staff is amazing from receptionist to doctors. Our dogs (2 lab mixes and a tiny terrier) all love everyone there and get excited to go in. This hospital is absolutely amazing I highly recommend it. The staff is fantastic and our pugs always receive the best care. Each of the exam rooms are uniquely painted and I admire the techniques used evertime we are in. The Vetinarians are thorough and knowledgeable. I really can not say enough good things about this place!
I called Shelley Veterinary Hospital on 12/27/21, 7:36 AM. I explained to Denise that my chihuahua, weighing less than 10 lbs, had uncontrollable diarrhea for the last 12 hours; that I was concerned of her hydration levels and requested an appointment, specifically for subcutaneous fluid administration. Terrible place. Won’t accept their own faults. When they mess up on animals.
Worst experience ever....
This place doesn’t accept the fact that if they mess up on a problem they some how try to blame the customers. I’m glad my animal is fine now but my animal had to get another procedure done because of this vet. They wouldn’t offer anything to help us.
They are always great with My Koda Buddy.
I love, love, love this veterinarian! My sweet dog had to have his spleen removed, the level of care he received was extraordinary. Incredibly compassionate staff and Drs!!
I highly recommend Shelley Veterinary hospital! I believe Dr. Lynn Alderson is the best vet around! Not only is she a wonderful caring person but she is such a wealth of knowledge, very easy to talk to and knows animals inside and out! She saved my 2 year old chocolate Lab that had an intestinal blockage.
