Butler is a nice lady but EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING practitioner. After seeing her several times with continuous chest pains, not only did she just dismissively tell me to lose weight (I did, and weirdly it didn’t magically cure me) but she also, unbeknownst to me, listed me as “low risk” for my chest pains just because I was “only 39.” Because of that, the day before my heart test procedure THAT SHE REQUESTED, insurance called to tell me that they would not be covering it because she listed me as low risk. Lovely and compassionate beside manner. ♥️
The best pcp I've ever had. So lucky to have met her and have her helping me. I love her, won't ever be seen by any other health care provider. Unfortunately, for me she has transferred to cardiology. She is incredibly smart I know she will be wonderful at her new position. I plan on seeing her there. I know my heart will have the best care possible.
Very good bedside manner. She spends time to get the entire picture. The real deal, she’s a Carilion Gem in my opinion.
