I have been with the stylists at Shelley's for nearly 5 years now and love the service!! I am not one to keep up with the newest styles very well and with these ladies I don't need to worry, I always walk out of there with a new stylish cut and fantastic rich colour. I can not bear the thought of ever having to go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and well educated, attending trainings in NYC, etc. frequently. I am new to the area and decided to give this place a try. I was very unhappy with the quality of the haircut I received. I'm really not picky but it was completely unacceptable. The salon is dimly lit and I wasn't able to see how uneven my hair was until I got home. I went back in and politely told them that I wasn't happy and instead of nicely trying to make it right, they immediately became defensive and rude.
