From the moment I walked through the door and the receptionist addressed me by my full first name, to Maria taking vitals, through my experience with Drs. Ost and George, the resident, and back to Maria for labs, I have never felt more cared for by a physician's office.
I can't say enough good things about Baptist UT Internal medicine. From the moment I walked in the staff was warm,welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The environment is clean,calm, and well organized. Dr. Shelly Ost is knowledgeable and professional and also takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. It is rare to find a doctor and team who make you feel genuinely care for. I highly recommend!

I appreciated Dr. Ost seeing me on such short notice. Her student asked a lot of questions in a pleasant manner. I had not seen Dr. OST before (other than gross anatomy 20 or so years ago), but she was pleasant and thorough. The team got me scheduled for an ultrasound reasonably quickly. All much appreciated.
