I phoned for an appointment with one of the GP's, but was given a same day appointment with one of the Nurses. I found her to be extremely kind and helpful, even going as far as to speak to one of the doctors about my problem. She phoned me later in the day and said to expect a phone call from my doctor, three weeks hence. That was disappointing because I would not expect the call to last for more than 10 minutes and I am not exactly a frequent visitor to the surgery.
