My husband is my caree, I look after him, we make it work. Just now. Had to regretfully cancel an appointment that we had to be there for in minutes as they were unable to physically move and unfortunately had to reschedule. The receptionist was incredibly kind and understanding and was able to multitask me rabbiting on and on at her like a lunatic (phone calls scare me and I get weird when nervous) and rescheduled the appointment for us. I am very thankful and hope she has a good rest of her shift. XxX
Dr zahra daya she is the rudest dr ever she doesn’t know how to communicate with patient . She should be able to help her patients not been very unprofessional if she can not talk to patients in a good way then she shouldn’t see any patient she told my mum I can not help you who should help my mum then ?she is a dr and she should listen to patient where they coming from .
I can’t believe the dismissive, arrogant lazy attitude from everyone at this “practice”. As someone who has recently transferred to this practice, with its dilapidated seating area as a patient and have received nothing but patronising insolence and so have concluded that this practice isn’t fit for purpose.
