Shelley was very helpful finding renters insurance that would fit in my budget and cover everything I needed covered.
I purchased my plan over the internet on a weekend and figured that was that. The following Tuesday I received a phone call from Shelly asking me if I had any questions or if I needed copies of my insurance card. She also asked if I needed help setting up the app or auto pay. Wow! Real customer service from a LIVE HUMAN! Seriously impressed. 👍
Very helpful not only with helping our family get a good deal on insurance, but also went above and beyond working behind the scenes to help us get into our new house faster. I highly recommend them!
