It’s always a pleasure here! From the friendly kind receptionist. To the warm bedside manner of the Doctors. Labs can lie, symptoms don’t. So It’s nice to be believed when you’re having symptoms!
We had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr.Allen. My teenager showed multiple clear signs of PCOS, yet instead of taking our concerns seriously, the doctor dismissed them and made us feel like we were overreacting. Rather than conducting thorough tests or offering real guidance, she downplayed the symptoms and even went on to preach abstinence—something that was completely irrelevant to our visit. They don’t answer the phone, You leave a message and they don’t return your call… The portal doesn’t work most of the time… HUMAN INTERACTION IS 1% and that’s seeing the provider - OUTSIDE of that you are OUT OF LUCK
